The founder of CT Planning wanted a new website to underpin a marketing strategy following the sale of the business to NFU. With new growth targets to meet, a review of the brand and the messaging was required. We also agreed that regular reporting into the board would be needed against newly agreed targets.

A simple WordPress website was designed and delivered with content support provided. Keyword and competitor research led the decision making influencing site architecture and copywriting. With regular project support throughout the design and development phase the site was delivered on time and budget.

The search engine optimised site has helped the CT Planning team expand their geographical reach and position themselves as a nationwide planning consultancy. The website is now generating regular enquiries from around the country across key and niche services.

memory lane games

Memory Lane Games provide apps for both the general public and professional care environments which “turn memories into games to ignite nostalgia for people living with dementia and Alzheimer’s”.

The team at Memory Lane Games initially required support for their internal development team in the form of structured DevOps to improve development processes, quality and delivery.

Our role grew to provide daily agile project management, hands-on software development, mobile application development as well as introducing a member of our team as Chief Technology Officer at Memory Lane Games, steering their technical strategy.

Our input enabled Memory Lane Games to scale confidently into multiple territories, bring their update frequency to weekly rather than “a few times a year” and drive internal and external confidence in their releases through effective testing, quality control and standardisation.

After a new logo and brand guidelines were created by New Dawn Creative, Kimisha Lewis came to us to translate that into a clear and simple to use WordPress website to present her acting coaching and lessons to specific audiences.

With a short online discovery session complete, the team took the branding supplied and created a strong visual style and site structure for the 6 core services and audiences identified.

Competitor and product research to inform the evolution of a prototype web app aimed at supporting carers. The team was tasked with identifying competitors and their traction in the market place to support the refining of the value proposition for this app. Further user research was proposed to focus the direction of development.

Working in partnership with Coventry Citizens Advice and the Severn Trent team we developed an application system to support STW customers applying for the Big Difference Scheme.

The bespoke development and hosting facilitated the collection and assessment of applications with the data transferred to internal STW systems to update customers’ accounts.

Ongoing support for this service has been provided to the team with annual reviews to modify and update the system.
