Independent Freight Solutions were ready for a complete refresh of their branding and an overhaul of their website. With a reputation for excellent customer service, the site needed to quickly demonstrate their friendly approach as well as showcase the breadth and depth of knowledge of a technically complex (and frequently changing) sector.

Following a robust discovery session and a phase of competitor and keyword research, the team created a new logo and brand guidelines to help them stand out from the crowd and a site that promotes the range of services IFS provide in an accessible, user-friendly structure.

Exhibition assets and business cards were also supplied.

The founder of CT Planning wanted a new website to underpin a marketing strategy following the sale of the business to NFU. With new growth targets to meet, a review of the brand and the messaging was required. We also agreed that regular reporting into the board would be needed against newly agreed targets.

A simple WordPress website was designed and delivered with content support provided. Keyword and competitor research led the decision making influencing site architecture and copywriting. Working in partnership with Coventry Citizens Advice and the Severn Trent team we developed an application system to support STW customers applying for the Big Difference Scheme.

The bespoke development and hosting facilitated the collection and assessment of applications with the data transferred to internal STW systems to update customers’ accounts.

Ongoing support for this service has been provided to the team with annual reviews to modify and update the system.

When Altru Drama CIC contacted us, they were looking for straight talking advice to simplify their out of date, unnecessarily complicated and unsupported web presence.

With a full discovery session behind us, the team created a new site architecture, designed a simple and friendly interface and reduced their monthly costs to a quarter of what they had been.

1st Class Images are specialist event photographers taking photographs at key events and making them instantly available to participants and their families to review via touchscreen, or online, and place orders instantly.

When Broadwing Accountancy acquired our client Merryhill Accountancy a comms strategy was needed to bring 2 distinct brands together.

Merryhill had a strong, quirky and immediately recognisable brand. Broadwing had a more reserved approach. It was time to merge the two brands as well as businesses.

Our UX/UI design and content team brought the combined sector strengths and services together in a new site structure and design with content support and project management to keep everything on track with the merger timetable.

Our branding services included business card, email footers and Christmas messaging to keep all the clients from both business up to speed with the merger and what it meant for them.

Working in a highly specialist and also competitive area of the law, the team at iFLG relied heavily on their high-quality content bringing in a significant number of client enquiries from online searches. After a supplier gave them some poor advice, they lost well-ranked articles from their site with inevitable loss of new business.
