When Broadwing Accountancy acquired our client Merryhill Accountancy a comms strategy was needed to bring 2 distinct brands together.
Merryhill had a strong, quirky and immediately recognisable brand. Broadwing had a more reserved approach. It was time to merge the two brands as well as businesses.
Our UX/UI design and content team brought the combined sector strengths and services together in a new site structure and design with content support and project management to keep everything on track with the merger timetable.
Our branding services included business card, email footers and Christmas messaging to keep all the clients from both business up to speed with the merger and what it meant for them.

Working in a highly specialist and also competitive area of the law, the team at iFLG relied heavily on their high-quality content bringing in a significant number of client enquiries from online searches. After a supplier gave them some poor advice, they lost well-ranked articles from their site with inevitable loss of new business.
The withdigital SEO and technical team devised a plan to take a poorly executed site implementation and turn the downward trend around.
With a full site audit, access to archives online and old analytics data, we recreated the site in a handful of days and then implemented an optimised architecture and reinstated much of the lost content.
Monthly traffic has increased by 143% since we started working with them.
Independent Freight Solutions were ready for a complete refresh of their branding and an overhaul of their website. With a reputation for excellent customer service, the site needed to quickly demonstrate their friendly approach as well as showcase the breadth and depth of knowledge of a technically complex (and frequently changing) sector.
Following a robust discovery session and a phase of competitor and keyword research, the team created a new logo and brand guidelines to help them stand out from the crowd and a site that promotes the range of services IFS provide in an accessible, user-friendly structure.
Exhibition assets and business cards were also supplied.
The founder of CT Planning wanted a new website to underpin a marketing strategy following the sale of the business to NFU. With new growth targets to meet, a review of the brand and the messaging was required. We also agreed that regular reporting into the board would be needed against newly agreed targets.
A simple WordPress website was designed and delivered with content support provided. Keyword and competitor research led the decision making influencing site architecture and copywriting. With regular project support throughout the design and development phase the site was delivered on time and budget.
The search engine optimised site has helped the CT Planning team expand their geographical reach and position themselves as a nationwide planning consultancy. The website is now generating regular enquiries from around the country across key and niche services.
Memory Lane Games provide apps for both the general public and professional care environments which "turn memories into games to ignite nostalgia for people living with dementia and Alzheimer's".
The team at Memory Lane Games initially required support for their internal development team in the form of structured DevOps to improve development processes, quality and delivery.
Our role grew to provide daily agile project management, hands-on software development, mobile application development as well as introducing a member of our team as Chief Technology Officer at Memory Lane Games, steering their technical strategy.
Our input enabled Memory Lane Games to scale confidently into multiple territories, bring their update frequency to weekly rather than "a few times a year" and drive internal and external confidence in their releases through effective testing, quality control and standardisation.
